ABOUT US: The Must Stash is owned and operated by two artists; Lisa is one crafty girl from San Francisco, and Glenn is a graphic designer from San Diego. We are inspired by beautiful things, from well designed pieces to really cool vintage finds. We opened the Must Stash because we want to share our work and our obsession with aesthetically pleasing things. Each item in our store is special, if we didn't make it, a designer or artist we respect did and we're happy to share their work with our customers. We hope that whatever you purchase at themuststash.com brings some fun to your home, office, friends, or family.

SELL YOUR WORK: are you a designer, artist, brand, or maker of stuff? selling with us is easy! Since we care very much about what items we carry, our selling relationships are usually established through invitation. But requests are always welcome. PRIVACY POLICY: The Must Stash respects your privacy. Any personal information that you divulge during your visit to our store is strictly between us. We never sell or distribute any customer information.

ORDERING INFORMATION: The Must Stash accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). Do not send us your credit card information over email.Our webstore is hosted by Big Cartel which uses a paypal checkout system. Paypal is super-secure and have their own set of privacy issues you could check out. Big Cartel hosts the product pages, checkout system, and order data. SHIPPING: Your order will be shipped our within 48 hours of payment. Depending on the day your order is placed, it should take 3-7 business days to arrive. Once it has shipped, you will recieve a confirmation email from us letting you know that your order is on its way. We ship via USPS

RETURNS: We hope you’ll love everything you receive from The Must Stash. But if for some reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase, no problem. Just email us for an authorization # and return the item to us in its original condition within 30 days of receipt and we’ll be happy to issue an exchange or refund. (Unfortunately shipping fees are non refundable, and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer.)
